Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Below you’ll find everything you need to know.



Eligibility for Returns


Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item:

    • Is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
    • Includes all parts, accessories, and instructions
    • Is in resellable condition

Returns that don’t meet these criteria may be refused.



Return Shipping Coverage


If your return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll cover return shipping costs for customers in the UK. This excludes orders shipped  international destinations, where the customer is responsible for return shipping.



Non-Returnable Items


We cannot accept returns for:

    • Items marked Final Sale
    • Gift cards
    • Any product returned after 30 days
    • Items that have been used, damaged, or installed



Bundles & Multi-Item Sets


To receive a full refund on a bundle, all items in the bundle must be returned together.


If you return only part of a bundle, your refund will be adjusted based on the full retail price of the items you keep — not the discounted bundle price.



Exchanges


To make an exchange, the easiest and fastest way is to:

    1. Place a new order for the item you want.
    2. Start a return for the original item (see below).



How to Start a Return


To request a return or replacement, email us at remixdistribution@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number
    • The email used at checkout
    • A brief explanation of your request

We aim to respond within 1 business day.



Refunds


After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.



Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If your order arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Attach clear photos and a description so we can resolve the issue quickly.



Third-Party & Amazon Returns


If you purchased your LISS product through a third-party retailer (such as a surf shop or online distributor), please reach out to that retailer directly to arrange your return or exchange.


For Amazon orders, returns must follow Amazon’s return policy.
