We’re committed to getting your order out smoothly and efficiently, Here’s everything you need to know about how shipping works at Living in Sunshine.



Processing Times


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.


We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

 

Orders are shipped from our warehouses in South Wales.



Shipping Methods & Rates


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.


We offer free shipping on orders over £100 GBP (before taxes and fees) for customers in the UK only. This excludes orders shipped  international destinations, which are calculated at checkout.


 



Estimated Delivery Times


While timelines may vary, most customers receive their orders within 2–3 business days once shipped.


The exact estimate will appear during checkout based on your selected shipping method and location.



Order Tracking


Tracking is included with every order.


You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your shipping label is created. Please note it may take a few hours for the carrier to update the status once the package is picked up.

Shipping Restrictions


We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.



Delivery Issues


If your package is delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, here’s what to do:

    1. Check tracking first — occasionally packages are scanned as “delivered” before they physically arrive.
    2. Wait 24 hours, and check with neighbors or your local courier depot.
    3. If it still hasn’t shown up, contact us within 10 days of the marked delivery date and we’ll investigate further with UPS.

We’re not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we’ll do our best to help resolve any issues.



Pre-orders & Backorders


If you’ve placed a pre-order, the expected ship date was listed on the product page at checkout. We’ll keep you updated by email with any changes or confirmations.


Orders will ship together once all items are available. If you need in-stock items shipped sooner, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.



Shipping & Returns


Shipping fees are non-refundable.


If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping.


However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the cost of the return shipping. Full details are available on our separate Returns & Exchanges page.
